Begin Your Practice

I created Alkimi so you can discover what an intentional yoga practice feels like. So you can move with more awareness and live with more clarity. So that you can practice intentionally anywhere, anytime.

Inside you’ll find asana flows, meditations, and stories that bring meaning to the shapes we practice every day on our mats. Each class is designed to honour yoga’s roots while meeting you in the rhythm of your modern life.

This is a safe space to explore something deeper, with the simple intention of understanding what yoga really is and how it applies to your every-day life.

The Courses

31 Days Of Living Yoga

Living Yoga is a 31-day experience with daily practices under 30 minutes, designed for real life.

Each day introduces one yogic philosophy concept, explored through movement, breath, stillness, and simple rituals, helping you turn your yoga practice into your sadhana and something you actually live every day.

The Stories Behind The Poses

When we don't understand the meaning behind yoga poses, they become just shapes. This course brings them to life through story, conversation, and practice. Each pose is explored over three days:

Day 1: storytelling session on the myth

Day 2: a conversation with Dr. Raj Balkaran

Day 3: a yoga flow to embody the shape and the story

Pranayama Crash Course

Most people come to yoga for the movement, but real change begins with the breath. This 10 day course breaks down the most essential pranayama techniques and shows you why they matter in daily life. Each day you’ll learn one technique, understand its purpose, and practice it directly with me.

Discover how simple breathwork can steady your mind, regulate your energy, and shift the way you meet each moment.

Become part of a community that keeps your practice alive

The Alkimi community is one of the main reasons this app even came to life. From the very beginning, it was never just about me teaching yoga. It was about creating a space where we could practice, share, and grow together.

Through community, yoga shifts from something personal into something alive. When we connect, when we listen, when we share the practice deepens in ways we can’t find alone.

This is your space to stay consistent, to feel supported, and to remember that you’re part of something bigger. Even online.

Have a question?

Can I join if I'm a beginner?
Yoga is and always should be an inclusive practice. You'll find plenty of non-movement classes and meditations on Alkimi that require no physical effort. For asana (movement) classes, I always teach open-level, and if a class is more dynamic or advanced, I’ll let you know at the beginning. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
What equipment do I need?
Mostly just your mat. Some classes may suggest props like blocks or straps, but you can always use things you already have at home, such as a pillow, a book, or simply your body and your breath.
Can I practice from home?
Absolutely! Alkimi is designed to fit into real life. You can practice in your living room, while traveling, or anywhere you find a quiet space to move or rest.
Can I try before buying?
Yes! You can explore Alkimi with a free 7-day trial and see how it feels.
What makes Alkimi different from other yoga apps?
Alkimi is not just about poses. It is about presence. Each class weaves together story, philosophy, movement, and stillness so that yoga becomes something you live, not just something you do.
Can I cast on big screens?
Yes, easily. You can either use your AirPlay or Bluetooth devices, or follow along from your laptop using the Cast to Web feature.

About Me

I went to my first yoga class in 2016 for all the wrong reasons. Like many, I was drawn in by Instagram-worthy poses and the idea that yoga was about getting physically fit. What I didn’t expect was how much it would transform my life, far beyond the mat.

In 2022, I followed my curiosity and completed my first yoga teacher training. Since then, I’ve been teaching in Prague, certified in Vinyasa, Yin, and Functional Flexibility.

What lights me up is weaving traditional yogic practices with modern-day life, explaining them in ways that feel clear, practical, and easy to embody. My hope is to make yoga accessible for anyone who wants to move and breathe with intention and purpose.
